Union Post Acute in Union, South Carolina, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join us as Unit Manager & Infection Control Nurse in a dual leadership role. You will lead a compassionate nursing team, oversee daily clinical operations, and champion infection prevention to protect residents and staff.

The role blends hands-on clinical leadership with safety oversight, requiring strong communication, organizational skills, and a commitment to high-quality, resident-centered care.

Formación

• Active, unencumbered RN license.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
• Passion for resident-centered care and infection prevention.
• Ability to lead a team while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, support, and motivate nursing staff to provide exceptional resident care.
• Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure residents receive the highest quality of care.
• Monitor resident conditions, review care plans, and ensure individualized care needs are met.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, residents, and families to promote positive outcomes.
• Oversee infection prevention practices and staff education.
