SNF Healthcare is seeking an experienced Unit Manager to oversee nursing staff on the unit and ensure delivery of quality resident care per physician orders and facility guidelines.

The role requires an RN with 1–3 years of nursing supervisor experience in long-term care; CPR certification is required. The selected candidate will collaborate with ADON/DON and supervise RNs, LPNs and CNAs while participating in care planning and state surveys.

Qualifications

• RN degree from an accredited college and active RN licensure in NJ.
• CPR certification required.
• 1–3 years nursing supervisor experience in long-term care; geriatrics preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitors clinical systems to ensure quality resident care per laws and guidelines.
• Delivers basic nursing care to residents per physician orders and care plans.
• Directs and develops RNs, LPNs and CNAs on the unit to ensure high-quality care.
• Performs assessments and revises care plans based on resident condition.
• Documents nursing care notes timely and accurately.
• Conducts rounds to assess resident conditions and practices.
