Join our team to coordinate care and lead nursing staff in delivering high-quality service. Graduate from an accredited nursing school with an RN license; CPR/First Aid training required; Covid-19 vaccination proof.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Accredited Nursing School; RN license required in Missouri.
• Minimum 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Basic CPR/First Aid training.
• Covid-19 vaccination proof.
• Full-time or part-time availability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of nursing care with physicians and healthcare staff while preserving resident rights.
• Document nursing care plans, observations, Medicare charting, admissions and discharges, and patient education.
• Complete monthly/quarterly assessments and participate in care plan meetings.
• Provide direction to Charge Nurses and CNAs; ensure continuity of care via rounds and responding to call lights.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, including IV therapy, and operate relevant medical equipment.
