Job summary

Riverside Post Acute is seeking an RN Unit Manager to provide clinical leadership on a dedicated unit. The role is a full-time opportunity in Florida, overseeing nursing operations and ensuring residents receive comprehensive, person-centered care.

The Unit Manager will guide staff, ensure quality standards, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement in resident outcomes. Florida licensure and BLS are required, with a preferred nursing degree.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license is required.
• BLS (CPR) certification is required.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a nursing care center, hospital, or other healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Owns resident care on the assigned nursing unit.
• Oversees and coordinates resident care to support physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning.
• Ensures timely incident reporting and communication with the Administrator and Director of Nursing.
• Participates in facility committees and programs as directed by the Director of Nursing.
• Assists in development, implementation, and evaluation of policies and procedures.
