Riverside Post Acute is seeking an RN Supervisor for a night shift (11 PM–7 AM, Monday–Friday) in Jacksonville, FL. You will lead nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide staff to deliver high-quality resident care at a 240-bed facility.

Qualifications include an active FL RN license, current BLS, and 2+ years of nursing leadership experience. Competitive benefits accompany this full-time role.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license (unencumbered).
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience supervising nursing staff.
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience.
• Strong communication with staff, residents, families and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care to ensure safe, effective, timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff on assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents and families regarding changes in condition or needs.
• Manage multiple residents and prioritize care based on urgency.
• Promote adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Foster a positive work environment through teamwork and professional leadership.
