The role focuses on quality care, rounds, documentation, medication administration, and staff development in a small, supportive facility with a team‑oriented culture. Current RN license is required, prior long‑term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state.
• At least one year of RN experience in long‑term care preferred.
• Knowledge of Matrixcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RNs, LPNs and CNAs on the unit.
• Direct and develop nursing staff to ensure high‑quality care.
• Monitor and revise care plans based on resident needs.
• Document nursing interventions in resident charts and communicate with supervisors.
