Washington County Hospital and Nursing Home in Chatom, AL is seeking an RN- FT LTC Unit Manager to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for residents in a skilled nursing setting.

The role ensures continuity of care across shifts, supervises CNAs and LPNs, supports resident/family teaching, and advocates for residents' rights and well-being, with day shifts Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM and rotating on-call.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE ALABAMA RN LICENSE.
• CPR CARD.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the nursing care of residents within the skilled nursing setting.
• Provide direct care and supervise CNA’S, LPN’S and support staff members to ensure continuity of care between shifts.
• Participate in resident and family teaching and advocate for residents' rights and well-being.
