Job summary

American Senior Communities’ Hickory Creek at Crawfordsville is seeking an experienced RN to step into Unit Manager leadership on the long-term care unit. This full-time day shift role focuses on clinical operations and resident-centered care, with predictable hours from 6am to 2pm.

You'll lead licensed nurses and staff, foster team development, uphold clinical quality, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while delivering compassionate, relationship-based care to residents

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
• Demonstrates CARE values to residents, families, customers and staff: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility and accountability for nursing care of all residents on the assigned long-term care unit while providing daily leadership to licensed nurses and nursing personnel.
• Oversees delivery of care and manages the unit in accordance with company philosophy, nursing standards and applicable laws and regulations.
• Provides direction to the nursing team to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care and strong interdepartmental collaboration.
