Qualifications

• Proven experience as RN Unit Manager or similar leadership role.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations, patient care, and staffing for the unit.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility standards of care.
• Conduct clinical assessments and manage care plans, stepping in for floor coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
