Compensation

• Competitive Salary: $94-112K
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the assigned unit to ensure quality service in accordance with nursing standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Oversee daily care and maintain residents' health.
• Develop and implement resident care plans.
• Evaluate and meet the care needs of each resident.
• Supervise, counsel, and manage nursing staff performance.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and physicians on resident care planning.
• Identify procedural issues and work with the Director of Nursing to resolve them.
• Supervise clinical nursing activities and engage in clinical practices.
• Act as a liaison between residents, families, and staff to address concerns.
• Perform audits, charting, evaluations, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Maryland.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1-3 years of managerial experience and leadership skills are a plus.
• Experience caring for residents in healthcare settings.
• Current CPR license.
