Salary Disclosure Statement

The salary above reflects the potential base pay range. Bonuses or incentives are offered separately and depend on experience, qualifications, location, and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the assigned unit to ensure quality service in accordance with nursing standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Oversee day-to-day care and maintain residents' health.
• Develop and implement resident care plans.
• Evaluate and prioritize residents' care needs.
• Supervise and manage nursing staff performance.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and physicians on resident care.
• Identify procedural issues and work with leadership to resolve them.
• Manage all clinical aspects of nursing practice and activities.
• Serve as a primary contact for residents and families, addressing concerns.
• Perform audits, charting, evaluations, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
• 1-3 years of managerial experience and leadership skills are a plus.
• Experience caring for residents in healthcare facilities.
• Current CPR license.
