Job summary

Presbyterian Senior Living in Pennsylvania seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse supervisor to lead care for residents in our long-term care setting. This full-time day shift role emphasizes direct patient care, staff leadership, and collaboration with families and the care team.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, CPR certification, a Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred, and at least two years of geriatric or long-term care experience with supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse licensure (in-state) required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years nursing experience in geriatric or long-term care setting required.
• One year supervisory experience required.
• Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead staff effectively.
• Plans, directs and coordinates patient care to residents.
• Participates in Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement committees and initiatives.
• Schedules and leads daily resident rounding.
• Acts as primary point of contact for pre/post discharge communications.
