About the Role:

As a RN Unit Manager at Care Pavilion, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated nurses and professionals to provide high-quality care to our residents. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our unit, ensuring that all nursing staff are adequately trained and equipped to deliver exceptional care. • Lead and manage a team of RNs and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to our residents
