Qualifications

• Current and active RN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Proficiency in English
• Experience in healthcare facilities, including hospitals or long-term care
• Knowledge of nursing practices, laws, regulations, and guidelines
• Ability to provide age-appropriate care and demonstrate leadership
• Teamwork, decision-making, tact, patience, and enthusiasm

Education and Experience

• Nursing Degree from an accredited institution
• At least one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
