RN Unit Manager – Full-Time
Location: Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Winter Park
Pay Rate: $83,200–$89,440 per year

Responsibilities:

As a RN Unit Manager, you will:

• Conduct daily rounds to monitor staff, residents, and compliance.
• Audit clinical records and 24-hour reports to ensure timely responses and accurate documentation.
• Lead and coordinate resident assessment processes and interdisciplinary care plans.
• Educate and mentor nursing staff while ensuring proper infection control practices.
• Adjust staffing based on resident needs and acuity levels.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and long-term care surveys.
• Address resident and family concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and promote workplace safety.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensure: Active Florida RN license required.
• 2 years of professional nursing experience in a long-term care facility.
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience with direct care staff.
• Nursing home experience required.
