Job summary

Northcrest Nursing & Rehabilitation in Napoleon, Ohio is seeking an RN Unit Manager to oversee daily nursing care and unit operations. You will supervise nurses and CNAs, coordinate resident care plans, and collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires an active Ohio RN license, with preference for long-term care experience and supervisory background. A hands-on leadership style will help maintain regulatory compliance and excellent resident care.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license (active) is required.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or unit management experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication are essential.
• Hands-on leadership approach to resident care and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing care and unit operations.
