Job summary

Woodside Health & Rehab in Naples, FL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and deliver high-quality, resident-centered care. This full-time role runs 8a-4:30p and focuses on strong leadership and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in state
• 5+ years of nursing experience in healthcare
• At least 1 year of nurse supervisor experience
• Long Term Care experience preferred
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and regulations
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills
