Job summary

Fouraker-Hills-Rehab-and-Nursing-Center-1 is seeking an experienced RN or LPN Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and deliver patient-centered care. This role involves on-call rotations and driving high-quality outcomes for residents.

The ideal candidate brings Florida licensure, 5+ years in nursing, and at least 1 year in a supervisory role, with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to guide daily operations.

Qualifications

• Valid RN / LPN license in Florida.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or healthcare setting.
• At least 1 year of experience as a nurse supervisor.
• Long Term Care experience (preferred).
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
