Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state
• 5+ years nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or healthcare setting
• At least 1 year of experience as a nurse supervisor
• Long Term Care experience preferred
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency
