Job summary

Bradley Estates Nursing and Rehab is seeking an RN Unit Manager to care for our patients and help them recover quickly. You will educate patients and families on prevention and healthy habits while delivering high-quality nursing care.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of management experience, a valid Wisconsin RN license, strong communication, and organizational skills. We offer flexible hours, a great work environment, and comprehensive benefits in Milwaukee.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring quality nursing care to all residents/patients.
• Ensures that the nursing department is adequately staffed to provide quality care to patients/residents.
• Provides in-service/staff development programs that contribute to meeting nursing objectives and standards and comply with all state and federal regulations.
• Provides clinical expertise to facilitate and support the nursing process in patient/resident interventions.
• Assists in ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for patients/residents, employees and visitors.
• Exercises administrative and functional supervision over nursing personnel as directed by the Director of Nursing and Assistant DON.
