Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of our skilled nursing unit, including staff supervision, patient care coordination, and quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and other department leaders to develop and implement unit goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as HIPAA and Joint Commission standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes
- Provide professional guidance and mentorship to nursing staff, including orientation and training programs
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, respect, and teamwork among staff members

Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in staff supervision and patient care coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
