Job summary

Presbyterian Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time role, 9:00am-5:30pm, Monday through Friday. You will lead a care team, coordinate patient care for residents, and participate in quality improvement initiatives within our geriatric and long-term care settings.

We value compassionate care, teamwork, and clear communication with residents, families, and staff. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse licensure (in state of residency) required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
• CPR certification required
• Two years nursing experience in Geriatric or Long Term Care setting required
• One year supervisory experience required
• Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents, families and staff

Responsibilities

• Ability to direct and lead staff effectively.
• Plans, directs and coordinates patient care to residents.
• Participates in Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement committees and initiatives.
• Schedules and leads daily resident rounding.
• Acts as primary point of contact for pre/post discharge communications.
