As a RN Unit Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care. Your responsibilities will include:
Leads by Example: Serves as a role model and champion for exceptional patient care, fostering a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion.
Clinical Leadership: Oversees the delivery of high-quality patient care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and establishing standards for clinical practice.

Current Maryland RN license
Minimum of 1 years of experience as a registered nurse
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
