You will supervise licensed and non‑licensed staff and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast‑paced skilled nursing setting.

Qualificações

• Active RN license in New York.
• Prior supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care, or related healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of clinical practices, long-term care regulations, and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to remain organized and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Position Overview:

The Emerald Peek Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to step into a Unit Manager role. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations of a nursing unit, ensuring quality resident care, and providing leadership to both licensed and non-licensed staff within a skilled nursing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily clinical operations for an assigned unit


• Complete required documentation including reports, evaluations, care plans, and medical records

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary up to $120,000 annually (based on experience)
