Job summary

North Auburn Care is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead nursing staff at our Auburn, WA facility. You will assign daily tasks, monitor policy adherence, and collaborate with departments to coordinate resident care in a skilled nursing setting.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus (paid quarterly during the first year) and a starting pay of $47 per hour. Full benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, life and disability insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Current RN license without any enforcement action against it.
• Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a Skilled Nursing Setting preferred
• BLS Certification
• Knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Knowledgeable of nursing practices and laws/regulations pertaining to nursing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute daily work assignments to staff.
• Makes frequent rounds to ensure policy compliance and provide education.
• Participate in training programs and assist with staff orientation.
• Coordinate care with other departments to residents.
• Process/assist with new admission orders.

What you will do:

• Create and distribute daily work assignments to staff

• Participate in training programs and assist with new staff orientation
• Work closely with other departments to coordinate care for residents
• Process/assist with all new admission orders

Must have:

• Current RN license without any enforcement action against it
• Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a Skilled Nursing Setting preferred
• BLS Certified
• Knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities.
