Job summary

LB Homes is seeking an RN Unit Coordinator to oversee the Short Stay Unit within our long-term care facility. The role includes nursing duties and leadership responsibilities in collaboration with the Director of Nursing (DON).

Day shift with every fourth weekend. Starts at $39.00/hour plus evening/night and weekend differentials, with an additional $2.00/hour for a Nursing Bachelor’s degree. Benefits include vacation, holidays, insurance, HSA, 403B, and EAP.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• Minnesota RN license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• MDS experience is required.
• 1+ years of long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Short Stay Unit and provide RN leadership.
• Develop and implement care plans and assessments.
• Collaborate with DON and staff to ensure quality care.
• Ensure compliance with LB Homes policies and HIPAA requirements.
• Supervise and evaluate staff performance in the unit.
• Promote resident safety and infection control.
