Adventist Health Sonora is seeking a capable nurse leader to oversee unit operations, collaborate with physicians and staff, and drive high-quality patient care with safety as a priority.

The role requires RN licensure in the state, a Bachelor's degree in nursing, supervisory experience, and a strong focus on patient experience and staff development. The position is full-time, day shift, in Sonora, CA.

Formación

• RN licensure in the state of practice required.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Clinical specialty and/or nursing administration certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides unit-based leadership in development and provision of clinical services.
• Supervises unit personnel and coordinates care plans with health team and families.
• Ensures high patient safety and quality outcomes through PI teamwork.
• Manages staffing based on patient acuity and skill mix.
