Job summary

Mississippi CommCare Corporation is seeking an RN Unit Manager for Brandon Community Care Center. You will provide clinical leadership, ensure high-quality care for residents, and collaborate with a dedicated team to oversee nursing operations on site.

The ideal candidate holds a Mississippi RN license, demonstrates strong leadership, and is available to work weekends. Prior long-term care experience is preferred, with strict adherence to Medicare/Medicaid requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates leadership and can organize, plan and supervise the Nursing Department in coordination with other resident services.
• Demonstrates the ability to adhere to departmental budget.
• Maintains effective interpersonal relationships.
• Must demonstrate ability to follow policies, procedures, practices, and direction without direct supervision.
