The ideal candidate holds an RN license, a nursing degree, CPR certification, and at least two years of long-term care experience with a year in nursing management. You will plan staffing, coordinate resident care, and lead quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years direct care experience in long-term, restorative, or geriatric settings as an RN.
• At least 1 year of nursing management experience and CPR certification.
