Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on the assigned unit.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Monitor resident conditions and coordinate care planning.
• Conduct clinical assessments and follow-up as needed.
• Manage admissions, discharges, and care transitions.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, residents, and families.
• Assist with staff coaching, education, and performance development.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting.
• Promote a positive work environment focused on teamwork and resident outcomes.
