Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care - Clearfield seeks a dedicated RN to join our long-term care team. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise CNAs under nursing leadership.

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN or LPN in Utah.
• Ability to perform clinical assessments at required level.
• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork with care team.
• Proficiency with basic computer use and email.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to residents on the unit.
• Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Supervise CNAs and other staff in delivering care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve quality outcomes.
