Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care-Clearfield is seeking licensed R Ns or LPNs in Utah to join our nursing team in a long-term care facility. You will deliver nursing care, assess needs, and supervise CNAs while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Utah.
• Clinical assessment skills to meet job requirements.
• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, regulations for long-term care.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Computer literacy, including email usage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven decision-making and analytical skills.
• Positive attitude toward aging residents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to residents in a nursing unit.
• Assess resident needs and develop individual care plans.
• Supervise CNAs and other staff delivering care.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain ADA and civil rights compliance and accommodations.
