Job summary

Penn Medicine is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (PA) to deliver high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. You will triage patient calls, perform wound care, educate patients, and guide medical assistants and LPNs while ensuring adherence to policies and standards.

Your role includes patient assessments, collaborative care planning with physicians, and maintaining up-to-date EMR documentation across Next Gen or Meditech systems.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required.
• Experience with wound care and patient education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, document, and coordinate patient care.
• Triage calls and provide wound care.
• Guide medical assistants and LPNs; ensure policy adherence.
• Collaborate with physicians and extenders; monitor patient status.
• Maintain EMR proficiency and generate clinical reports.
