Job summary

Tower Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to support patient care across multiple disciplines in a hospital setting. The RN will perform phone triage, care coordination, lab draws, and EKGs, manage refills, and educate patients as part of a collaborative care team.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing the nursing plan of care and coordinating with all disciplines to execute the medical plan.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• PA Registered Nurse License is required.

Responsibilities
