Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for Ambulatory Triage in Charlotte, NC. This full-time, day-shift role (Mon–Fri) offers 36 hours per week with no weekend coverage; holiday rotation will be discussed at interview.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, the ability to multitask, and excellent patient service. Epic, Teams, and SharePoint skills are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of RN experience preferred.
• Ambulatory and/or telephone triage experience preferred.
• BSN preferred; not required.

Responsibilities

• Performs telephone triage with diverse patient population.
• Assesses needed care and collaborates with patients and others to provide clinical solutions.
• Provides comprehensive nursing assessment in an untraditional nursing environment.
• Notifies practices, physicians, and managed care clients of encounters as needed before office opening.
