Job summary

Virtua Health in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks a Registered Nurse to provide triage assessments in person and by telephone to determine the appropriate level of care. You will prepare and assist clinical providers with examinations and procedures, lead team tasks as needed, and participate in quality improvement activities.

Minimum 6 months of PCP experience, graduate of an approved RN School of Nursing, NJ RN License, and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a physicians practice/primary care.
• Graduate of an approved RN School of Nursing.
• Current NJ RN License.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage assessments in person and over the telephone to determine appropriate level of care.
• Prepare and assist clinical providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Lead team as appropriate and assist with assignment of tasks.
• Conduct triage by telephone and in person with consistent documentation.
