Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a physician's practice/primary care.
• Graduate of an approved RN School of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage assessments in person and by phone to determine appropriate level of care.
• Prepare and assist clinical providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Perform clinical tasks within licensure; lead team as appropriate and assist with task assignments.
• Demonstrate knowledge of documentation standards and communicate with staff and providers.
• Handle in-office and telephone emergencies; support medication refills and ordering as needed.
• Prepare patients for exams by recording vital signs and chief complaints; assist with specimens.
