Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse Triage (RN) for pulmonary care. The RN will perform inbound and outbound phone triage, assess caller needs, educate patients, and coordinate care with supervisors. Travel to other locations and flexible hours are required for operations. Full-time position with 40 hours per week.

The role requires IL RN licensure and CPR certification; BSN is preferred. Strong communication and the ability to handle high-stress periods are essential.

Hourly Pay Range:$33.96 - $52.64 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Position Highlights:Position: Registered Nurse Triage (RN) - PulmonaryLocation: 100 Spalding Drive, Naperville, ILFull Time: 40 hours / weekOffice Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM .Travel Required: This role includes some travel to other locations and requires flexible hours to meet operational needsWhat you will do:Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Triage Nurse is a Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for patient care needs through the use of inbound and outbound telephone practice. The Triage Nurse continuously demonstrates positive customer relationship skills by assessing caller needs through active listening, clinical assessment, education and advanced problem-solving abilities. The Triage Nurse will actively manage patient's immediate and ongoing needs with attention to acute and preventative intervention.
