Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse TeleTriage to support patient care via telephone. The role is based at 755 N York, Elmhurst, with full-time hours Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm.

You will assess caller needs, educate patients, and deliver clinical guidance using strong communication skills. Qualified candidates hold an Illinois RN license, CPR BLS, and have experience with physician practice operations.

Formación

• Current Illinois RN licensure is required.
• CPR BLS certification (AHA) required.
• Operational knowledge of physician practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette and teamwork.

Hourly Pay Range:

$35.15 - $54.48 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $35.15 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

• Location: 755 N York, Elmhurst
• Full Time: 40 hours/ week
• Hours: M-F Generally 7:30am - 4:30pm
• Travel: No

What you will do:

The RN Telephone Triage Nurse is a Registered Nurse and responsible for patient care needs through the use of inbound and outbound telephone practice. Continuously demonstrates positive customer relationship skills by assessing caller needs through active listening, clinical assessment, education and advanced problem-solving abilities.

What you will need:

• Current Illinois RN licensure
• CPR BLS - AHA
• Operational knowledge of physician practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Possesses professional telephone etiquette skills.
• Must be a team player.
• Must be a self-starter, able to handle frequent periods of high stress and difficult patient situations.
• Must possess excellent time management skills.
• Must possess basic keyboard, computer and internet skills.
• Ability to talk on the phone and type simultaneously.
