Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Telephone Triage role in Elmhurst, IL. This full-time position involves handling inbound and outbound calls to assess patient needs and coordinate care. The RN will use clinical judgment, strong communication, and problem-solving to deliver safe, effective guidance.

On-site hours are typically M-F, with a standard daytime schedule. Candidates must hold Illinois RN licensure with CPR/BLS, and demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills,

Hourly Pay Range: $33.96 - $52.64 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $35.15 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

• Hours: M-F Generally 7:30am - 4:30pm

What you will do

The RN Telephone Triage Nurse is a Registered Nurse and responsible for patient care needs through the use of inbound and outbound telephone practice. Continuously demonstrates positive customer relationship skills by assessing caller needs through active listening, clinical assessment, education and advanced problem-solving abilities.

What you will need

• Current Illinois RN licensure CPR BLS - AHA Operational knowledge of physician practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Possesses professional telephone etiquette skills.
• Must be a team player.
• Must be a self-starter, able to handle frequent periods of high stress and difficult patient situations.
• Must possess excellent time management skills.
• Must possess basic keyboard, computer and internet skills.
• Ability to talk on the phone and type simultaneously.
