Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a part-time RN Triage to join the Allina Health Group Daytime RN Triage in Minneapolis, MN. The role supports centralized nursing services including triage, anti-coagulation, and refills in an outpatient setting.

Schedule features 8-hour day shifts with a 0.8 FTE (64 hours per two-week pay period) and a weekend rotation every 4th week. The ideal candidate holds an Associate's or Vocational nursing degree with at least 3 years RN experience and must live within 60 minutes

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years RN experience.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in MN (and WI by orientation).
• Must reside within 60 minutes of Apple Valley or Coon Rapids, MN.

Responsibilities

• Assessment: Collects, prioritizes and synthesizes comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.
• Diagnosis: Analyzes assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses and plan care.
• Outcomes Identification: Identifies expected outcomes and collaborates with family and patient.
• Planning & Implementation: Develops and implements an individualized care plan and coordinates care.
• Education & Evaluation: Educates patient and family and evaluates progress regularly.
