Job summary

Allina Health is seeking 0.8 FTE daytime RN Triage in Minneapolis, MN. The role supports centralized nursing programs, outpatient and home care services with 8-hour day shifts and a 32-hour biweekly schedule.

You must reside within 60 minutes of Apple Valley or Coon Rapids and be eligible for non-contract, benefits-eligible status. The RN will cross-train to process medication refills, participate in holiday rotations, and work in an outpatient clinic setting.

Qualifications

• RN nursing degree or diploma required.
• Minimum 3 years RN experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Assess data to identify patient needs and priorities.
• Diagnose, plan and coordinate nursing care for patients.
• Identify expected outcomes with patient and family.
• Develop and implement a care plan with continuity.
• Document interventions and evaluate progress.
• Participate in quality improvement and education.
• Engage in collaboration with care team and family.
