• Furnishes medical advice per approved triage protocol.
• Schedules urgent appointments based on necessity and acuity.
• Enters information into EMR and documents encounters for continuity of care.
• Provides appropriate follow up to encounters.
• Monitors task documentation to ensure completion within standards.
• Process medication refills per protocol.
