Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Triage (RN) - General Surgery at our Naperville, IL location. This full-time role combines clinical nursing with telephone triage to assess patient needs, provide education, and coordinate care across referrals and insurance pre-authorization.

Ideal candidates hold Illinois RN licensure and AHA CPR certification; BSN is preferred. You will lift up to 40 lbs, travel to other sites as needed, and work 40 hours per week with flexible hours to support

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• CPR certification by AHA.
• BSN preferred.
• Able to handle periods of high stress.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and carry/push up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Phone triage, assess caller needs, educate and provide guidance.
• Coordinate patient care with referrals and insurance pre-authorization.
