Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking an RN Treatment Coordinator in Hilton Head Island, SC. You will provide primary skin care under physician supervision and ensure compliance with Life Care standards and regulations. The role focuses on wound care and post-acute patient management.

You will collaborate with the nursing team and IDT to educate CNAs, assess patient needs, and adjust treatment plans while maintaining high standards of patient safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN with current credentials.
• Wound care experience preferred.
• Geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required or obtained on orientation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients under supervision of attending physicians.
• Identify, manage, and treat skin disorders and lesions.
• Educate CNAs on proper positioning, training, and skin care.
• Evaluate patient needs and revise treatment plans with physician and IDT.
• Maintain patient rights, safety, and sanitation.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies and code of conduct.

Education

Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing

Active RN license in good standing

CPR certification

Geriatric nursing experience
