Job summary

Life Care Centers of America seeks an RN Treatment Coordinator to provide primary skin care under medical direction for residents, ensuring compliance with all laws and Life Care standards. The role requires an Associate's or Bachelor's in nursing, an active RN license, CPR, and preferred wound care and geriatric experience.

You will collaborate with physicians and the IDT, educate staff, and uphold patient rights and safety.

Qualifications

• Advanced nursing knowledge and clinical skills in wound care and skin management.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and guidelines governing post-acute care facilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care and manage skin disorders and lesions.
• Educate CNAs on positioning, training, and skin care.
• Coordinate treatment plans with physicians and IDT.
• Maintain patient rights, safety, and confidentiality.
• Demonstrate attendance and reliability; work as part of an interdisciplinary team.
