Life Care Centers of America seeks an RN Treatment Coordinator in Mesa, AZ to provide primary skin care under physician direction. You will follow Life Care standards, participate in a multidisciplinary team, and ensure compliance with regulations.

The position requires RN licensure, nursing degree, and CPR certification; wound care and geriatric care experience are preferred. Sign-on bonus available and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Current RN license in good standing; CPR certification required.
• Prior wound care experience preferred; one year geriatric nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients.
• Identify, manage, and treat skin disorders and lesions.
• Educate CNAs on positioning, training, and skin care.
• Coordinate treatment plans with physicians and the IDT.
• Maintain excellent customer service and professional conduct.
• Communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
