Job summary

Walter Reed Post Acute seeks an RN to deliver skilled care, monitor residents, and implement individualized care plans in a 181-bed sub-acute and long-term facility in Virginia. Join a compassionate team focused on dignity and quality care.

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered Virginia RN license.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with physician's plan and written care plans.
• Follow care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control protocols and safety standards are followed.
