Job summary

Marcella Post Acute is recruiting Registered Nurses (RN) in Virginia to deliver skilled nursing care and monitor resident conditions within our sub-acute and long-term care setting. Roles are available full-time and part-time with day, evening, or night shifts and shift differentials to enhance earnings.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with nursing practice standards and the physician’s plan of treatment and written care plan.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
