Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Transplant Surgery Unit on the Winston-Salem Campus. This full-time role covers weekend days/nights in a 10-bed unit, with 12-hour shifts and a 36-hour workweek, offering a supportive team environment.

You will participate in post-surgical care from ENT, urology, thoracic surgeries; NC RN licensure is required. BCLS/ACLS/PALS within 1 year are required; BSN preferred and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Graduation from accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Registered Nurse licensure in the State of North Carolina.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required; ACLS within 1 year; PALS within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient/family centered care using the nursing process.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and patient privacy.
